A considered supplement stack
What it stacks cleanly with
Because methylene blue works on the mitochondrial electron transport chain, it complements rather than duplicates most popular energy and cognitive supplements. Creatine, CoQ10, NAD precursors, omega-3s, and B vitamins all work through different mechanisms.
Many people also pair it with red light therapy, since both are studied for their effects on mitochondrial function through different routes. Coffee is fine too; the compound is not a stimulant and does not compete with caffeine.
The hard exclusions
This is the part that matters more than any stacking synergy. Methylene blue inhibits monoamine oxidase and must never be combined with SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, or other serotonergic drugs without a doctor's supervision. The interaction can be dangerous.
People with G6PD deficiency should avoid it entirely, and anyone pregnant or nursing should stay clear. These are not suggestions; they are the safety spine of using the compound at all.
Keeping it simple
The best stacks are small. Piling ten compounds together makes it impossible to know what is working and multiplies the chance of an interaction you did not anticipate.
Add one thing at a time, give it a few weeks, and pay attention. Clear the whole list with a doctor if you take any prescription. Simplicity is a feature.
